Administrative and Financial Affairs


Responsibilities
• Planning and coordination of administrative procedures and devising strategies to streamline processes
•  Ensure adherence of operations to legal policies and regulations at the University
• Recruitment and training of personnel; allocation of office space and delegation of tasks, projects and responsibilities 
• Assessment of staff performance and providing coaching / guidance to ensure maximum efficiency
•  Ensuring timely communication of information within the Office of International Affairs to facilitate business operations
•  Management of schedules, office supplies and annual financial budget
•  Organization of and supervision over office activities (renovations, event planning, etc.)
